EXHALE

Slow down and prioritize your creativity in a

2-DAY LIVE MEDITATIVE PAINTING EXPERIENCE

JUNE 4 and 5
1:00 pm (EST) for $10

Slow down and prioritize your creativity by combining meditation and painting with me. Let me guide you to breathe while painting beautiful watercolors.

You've been telling yourself for a while now that you need to slow down. This is it!

EXHALE is two hours over two days, designed to help you do just that.

You don't need to be an experienced artist or even know all the specific techniques.

All you are going to do is meditate while you paint and experience the peaceful shift from beginning to end.

"I didn't realize how much I needed something like this."

What is Exhale?

EXHALE is a powerful live two-day Zoom experience where I personally guide you through a meditation while you paint.

What if I showed you how slowing down with meditative painting is the exact thing you have been looking for? One hour with this practice changes the rest of your day (even minutes make a difference). Drop the paint, watch it move, and breathe. You slow down in real time and calm your nervous system. Trust me, it will surprise you.

Just an FYI, this is not a technique-driven experience. It's about the process. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Just show up, and I'll guide you.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY THEY NEED THE MOST...

"Permission to not be good."

"Something just for me to look forward to and enjoy."

"A starting point to sit down and paint."

"Gentle guided meditation without expectations.

"Making painting a priority in my day. It usually comes after everything else is done."

"To slow down and realize pausing is growth."

  • You want to be guided but not corrected

  • You want permission to just show up and try.

  • You are a caregiver who puts everyone else first.

  • You have never meditated before and don't know where to start.

  • You want to feel calm and present for one hour.

EXHALE might not be for you if...

  • You’re looking for step-by-step watercolor instruction

  • You want fast results or productivity goals tied to your art

  • You’re not open to slowing down and being reflective

  • You prefer a more controlled process, rather than letting things unfold

Why a Meditative Painting Experience?

I created EXHALE because I know what it feels like to sit down to paint and not know where to begin.

In 2021 everything that used to excite me felt heavy. The energy behind my painting was gone. It was in the quiet moments, focusing on the breath, that I found my way back.

I have guided thousands of people through this practice. In auditoriums, boardrooms, alongside mountains, and on Zoom. Every single time, someone says the same thing at the end.

'I didn't realize how much I needed this.'

I believe everyone deserves to feel that. Including you.

I need this as much as you do. That is the honest truth.

What Others Have Shared

WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT SO MUCH

"I love the idea of a safe space to just create without an agenda except the sole purpose of relaxation, expression, and love of watercolor. I would hope that this monthly meeting would be a step in the right direction of making painting a daily part of my life."

- Geri K.

“I’m a busy CEO who leads my art company. Even though I am an artist, 80% of being a creative entrepreneur is non-painting work. Being an overachiever and the eldest daughter, a big part of me finds it easier to put off watercolor painting to fulfill endless CEO tasks. I am desperate for your membership to open so I can put meditative painting time on my calendar, so that I don’t continue to put it off.”

- Trupti K.

"I can't wait to join your meditation painting group.

I don't know you, but I am inspired by your courage to hold your actions accountable to your words. Your soul will likely thank you. Way to jump ALL the way in."

- Brenda J.

“I love the multi-sensory approach to meditative painting by using the flow of the paint to focus and relax. I want to do this every day.”

- Catherine H.

"I want to tell you I love your quiet and kind method of demonstrating how to combine art and meditation."

- Claudia W.

"I love that you have brought your skill with paints together with meditation using your calm, soothing voice and your lovely words."

- Barb M.

I understand exactly where they’re coming from. This is why I want you to experience EXHALE.

$10 - Two days - One hour each

"I found joy in just being. I loved learning the method of letting the paints flow and let go."

You have been putting this off long enough... allow yourself to slow down.

Still have questions???

Here are some of the most common questions I hear and my honest answers.

When are the Zoom sessions?

EXHALE is on June 4 and June 5 at 1:00 pm (EST)

What if I can’t attend the live session?

Life happens, I understand things come up, and schedules change. That is ok. I email a recording of the sessions within 24 hours.

What if I have questions or get stuck?

During day 2 of our LIVE sessions on Zoom, we'll have time to share and ask questions after the guided meditation. There is also a Facebook Group you can gain support from other people in that space.

I am not on Facebook, will I still know what is going on?

Yes. I respect that not everyone is drawn to social media. You’ll receive an email reminding of our time together and the Zoom links (check your spam!).

Do I have to share on the Live Zoom session?

No. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. Sharing is optional… if you’d like to speak or show your work, there will be time for that, and if not, that’s perfectly fine too.

Do I have to use the same materials as you?

Paint with what you have. A supply list is linked here if you need guidance.

Is EXHALE about learning painting techniques?

No. EXHALE is not technique-focused or outcome-driven. The emphasis is on slowing down, being present, and allowing the process to guide you.

Is the $10 fee a membership?

No, the fee for Exhale is a one-time payment of $10 for sessions on June 4 and June 5. I want it to be easy for you to experience the beauty that happens in meditative painting. I do offer you the chance to continue the practice after Exhale through Creative Pause, my meditative painting membership and community.

Do you offer payment plans?

No, this is a one time $10 fee.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered for EXHALE.

I have never tried meditation before, what if I can't get it right?

Meditation is a practice, and it doesn’t always have to look the way you imagine it should.

During our time in EXHALE, we’ll be practicing an active meditation, meaning you’ll be engaged in painting while gently bringing awareness to your breath, your thoughts, and your emotions.

This can be especially supportive if you have a hard time slowing down. As you paint, I’ll guide you with my voice, helping you notice what’s happening in the moment, within the movement of the brush, the flow of the paint, and within yourself.
