EXHALE
Slow down and prioritize your creativity in this
2-DAY LIVE MEDITATIVE PAINTING EXPERIENCE (Replay)

Recently, I hosted a powerful live two-day Zoom experience called EXHALE.
Inside this experience, I guided artists through a meditation while they painted, creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their creativity.
Watch the replay from this experience below.
You’ll experience:
A guided meditation paired with painting to help you slow down in real time
A simple, powerful practice that calms your nervous system (even in minutes)
A supportive community of people to paint alongside with
Just an FYI, this is not a technique-driven experience. It’s about the process of being present.
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
Today, we practiced presence. We came to the table to breathe. To paint with curiosity and to be in community.
Watching everyone settle into the flow of meditative painting was the gift. Shoulders dropped. Calm found its way in into your space. This is what Exhale is for.
Today, we opened with a short meditation to get ourselves into the mindset to reflect on our meditative practice.
Students share their experience in Exhale and ask Katie questions about her practice.
YOU DIDN’T COME HERE TO FEEL RUSHED, OVERWHELMED, OR DISCONNECTED FROM YOURSELF.
But here you are...
moving through your days quickly, feeling like your creativity keeps getting pushed aside.
The thing is… you don’t need more time or discipline to be creative.
You need the space to pause.
Because when you don’t, everything starts to feel tight. Your mind stays busy, your body stays activated, and even when you try to create… it doesn’t feel the way you want it to.
And yeah… of course it doesn’t.
Creativity comes from slowing down. From letting your body settle and your mind quiet.
That’s exactly what Creative Pause was built for.
A guided monthly session where you slow down using meditative painting to calm
your nervous system and reconnect with your creativity.
Just a space to show up, breathe… and come back to yourself.
